Senior Client Manager
Monwara joined the Customer Service team in 2005 as part of a university work experience programme. Since joining Ceuta Healthcare, she has progressed to her current role as Senior Client Manager where she uses her extensive experience, passion and enthusiasm to deliver results for the business and develop attractive UK growth strategies, all the while building strong, positive and lasting relationships with clients.
Monwara’s career highlights include winning Best Newcomer at the Ceuta Excellence Awards, being shortlisted for two SMaRT awards and presenting at the Ceuta conference. For Monwara, working at Ceuta Healthcare is all about the people, dynamism, the fast-paced environment, the opportunity to learn and, of course, the Friday breakfast!
In her spare time, Monwara loves to play netball, playing across three leagues which allows her to unleash her competitive streak. She also enjoys eating curries and spending time with her family and friends.
Learning & Development Manager
Nathalie has been a part of the Ceuta Healthcare team since 2002. In her current role as Learning & Development Manager, she works collaboratively across the business on all aspects of talent management, creating compelling tools, resources and solutions that support and embed the culture of the organisation.
With many years of knowledge and experience under her professional belt, Nathalie is a valuable, long-standing member of the organisation, citing that the culture, opportunities and relationships with her colleagues is what she enjoys most about working for Ceuta Healthcare.
In her downtime, Nathalie likes to drink wine and eat cheese – a nod to her French heritage. In between enjoying a morning HIIT workout and embracing fresh air outdoors, she can often be found hanging out with her children and dog.
National Account Manager
Since he joined Ceuta Healthcare a decade ago, Mike has progressed his way to National Account Manager. In his current role, he manages large parts of the health food channel, in addition to the travel and food service sectors, covering categories such as health and beauty, vitamins and minerals, supplements and sports nutrition. Mike’s day-to-day tasks include overseeing brand and account development, in addition to relationship building and activity evaluation.
During his time at Ceuta Healthcare, Mike has worked with a variety of big name clients including Holland & Barrett, easyJet, Ocado, Amazon and Costco to name but a few. For Mike, the best part of working for the organisation is the loyalty and dedication of the team around him, and the feeling of support and guidance he has from the business.
Mike is also a professional chef and enjoys cooking from scratch in his spare time. He also loves to travel, enjoys martial arts and watching Netflix.
National Account Manager
Nik joined the Ceuta Healthcare team in 2018 and currently holds the role of National Account Manager. An important part of his role includes managing Ceuta’s Boots account, looking after brand commercials, supply chain, marketing and promotions, online business and operations for all our client’s brands.
For Nik, the best part of working at Ceuta Healthcare is being able to work closely with a wide variety of well known brands, in addition to the excitement of launching and developing smaller business names. Nik enjoys being close to the heartbeat of the retail healthcare industry.
Outside of work, Nik loves to both watch and play tennis. He also enjoys getting outdoors and travelling.
Yu-Lin joined Ceuta Healthcare in 2019 and her current role is Accounts Assistance. Her responsibilities include raising invoices, accurate reconciliation of the ledger control accounts to resolution, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers, and resolving outstanding items. Yu-Lin strives to ensure all invoices are sent out and received back on time, and problems are resolved to prevent payment delays.
Yu-Lin enjoys working for Ceuta Healthcare as the company makes her feel appreciated, offers learning and development opportunities to improve her skills and cares about employee wellbeing.
Yu-Lin’s personal interests include travel, food, culture and fitness.
