We currently have a vacancy for an Operations Executive within Go2Grocery.

The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support for the Go2Grocery client and sales team.

The pre-requisite knowledge and skills required for the role are:

  • Educated to A Level standards or above
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Administration experience
  • Experience of communicating with clients and customers
  • A strong customer service focus, and the ability to build effective working relationships with employees, customers and clients
  • Analytical/problem solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of the industry
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience with finance systems
  • Knowledge of SAP and EDI desired but not essential
