We currently have a vacancy for an Operations Executive within Go2Grocery. The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support for the Go2Grocery client and sales team.

The following is the prerequisite knowledge and skill base required for the role:Educated to A Level standards or above

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Administration experience
  • Experience of communicating with clients and customers
  • A strong customer service focus, and the ability to build effective working relationships with employees, customers and clients
  • Analytical/problem solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of the industry
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience with finance systems
  • Knowledge of SAP and EDI desired but not essential
