Information We Collect

In general, you can visit our site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself.   In operating our site, we may, however, collect and process the following personal data about you:

Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site or otherwise (for example, every time you email us or provide us with your details via customer satisfaction forms, customer reviews and blogs, over the telephone, by fax or by mail).  This includes information provided at the time of requesting or subscribing to any service, making a purchase, registering for information, becoming a registered user or when you enter any competition or promotion sponsored by us .

  • iii. Information if you choose to complete one of our on-line questionnaires, customer review forms, discussion forums or blogs which run on the site from time to time.  We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

  • iv. Information provided to us when you communicate with us for any other reason.  For example, to report a problem with the site or to submit comments or suggestions.

We may supplement the information that you provide with other information that we obtain from our communications with you or which we receive from other organisations, such as other companies in our group.

Information about other people

If you provide information to us about any person other than yourself, you must ensure that they understand how their information will be used and that they have given their permission for you to disclose it to us and for you to allow us to use it. Information from Users 18 and Under

If you are aged 18 or under, you must obtain your parent or guardian's permission beforehand to use our site and whenever you provide personal information to our site. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information.

IP Addresses and Use of Cookies

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. If you are not an existing customer, we will only contact you by electronic means, or allow selected third parties to use your personal data to do so, if you have indicated that we may.You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. Storing Your Personal Data

Where legal requirements have been complied with we may transfer personal data that we collect from you to locations outside of the European Economic Area for processing and storing. Also, it may be processed by staff operating outside the European Economic Area who work for us or for one of our suppliers.
